Excellent experience. The staff was well organized and carefully explained all the steps in the process. All the messages sent to my phone during the prep phase were good reminders and useful. The initial data gathering form was pretty thorough. The only thing lacking was the inability to submit documents with the application. I had a letter with relevant information from a previous colonoscopy from before I moved in the area and there was no way to include it in the online application. Everyone from reception to discharge was friendly, caring, courteous and professional. Dr. Clark and his team did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable and knew what I was going to experience during my procedure.
As difficult as it was to get an appointment, I was surprised and pleased at how efficient, kind and thoughtful the nurses and doctor were when I got in. If you can call a colonoscopy a great experience, they made it so.
Carrie was very professional as always. She answered all of my questions and gave me helpful information. I have always been treated professionally by everyone.

I just had a colonoscopy on 08/22/23. Every staff member with whom I dealt (registration, nurses, anesthesiologist, gastroenterologist, et al.) was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.
The Brevard staff was excellent. They were prompt and courteous. I saw Dr. Clark at that office and he answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the medical terminology I was unfamiliar with. I highly recommend this group of doctors.
