The entire staff was very professional and caring. No room was left for possible errors as all data entered before the procedure was double even triple-checked. Even though colonoscopies are routine at the endoscopy center, I never felt like any detail had been neglected and the whole procedure from beginning to end seemed as easy as 1-2-3. A big thank you to the entire crew!
I was very happy with EVERYTHING having to do with my recent colonoscopy. From prepping and getting additional instructions via the patient portal, which I recommend everyone using, to check in, to the anesthesia team, to the operation team, and the recovery, every single thing went very smoothly! The check-in was quick, the wait to be taken in for my procedure was reasonable, and the professionals - RN, CRNA, and physician - were pleasant, friendly, and very good at their jobs. Every step of the process was explained as we beforehand. Afterwards, Dr Dukowicz went over the details and the next steps. This is my 3rd colonoscopy done at this facility over 15 years or so. I highly recommend them.
