Overall I had a good experience. The only negative was the wait time. We’re told to arrive an hour early but I’m not sure why. The wait time was over an hour before my name was called and then another 30 minutes on the gurney before my procedure. I understand the doctor was running behind that day, but it doesn’t explain why I should arrive an hour early. Having to sit in a waiting room that long was the worst part of the whole experience.
Visited with Sarah yesterday and found her both knowledgeable and helpful.. She listened well and provided needed information and assurances. Took all the time I needed and I never felt rushed. I will continue to use their services with confidence.
While no one says 'oh boy, time for my colonoscopy' - if you are due for one, this is the place to go. The staff is outstanding. Everyone was very friendly, very caring about my comfort, and very professional. Really, the toughest part was the prep. Everything in the office went smoothly and quickly. I would absolutely recommend them.
The process once paperwork was completed on line went very smoothly. Check-in and wait time was very efficient. Colonoscopy process went well and quickly. No lasting effects from anesthesia. Dr. jaben explained the procedure and any possible risks very easy to understand. Recommend this facility.
With my wife’s Support I followed the preliminary instructions carefully. The diet is restrictive, but excellent. That was the hardest part of the whole procedure. Second hardest part was the insertion of the IV. Had a great experience will definitely recommend them. Thank you.
The doctors and nurses are friendly,courteous, and knowledgeable. They put you at ease and make sure you understand what is happening. The front office support staff are just as helpful and friendly
My experience with Digestive Health Partners was Excellent. From initial scheduling through conduction of the exam, everyone I dealt with was very caring, attentive and professional. The explanation from Dr. Clark was clear and understandable. I highly recommend them.
As usual great service and a great assessment of a plan moving forward ! I have no complaints.
Scott Nelson PA is extremely compassionate. He listens and makes every effort to problem solve your symptoms. He is incredibly thorough. All staff throughout the office was kind and efficient. Very positive experience every time I have been in the office.
