Nice professional, nobody likes going to the doctor but they make it ok!

Had a great experience and my doctor was so nice. I totally recommend this place.
Only issue is faulty text messages prior to visit. Wrong and contradictory info so you will need to talk to a person anyway. So prep for long call wait times.
We have used Carolina Mt. Gastroenterology since 2006. Our latest procedure was this week. Scheduling was effortless, step by step process information made available, Nurse contact extension # provided and easy pre-screening. On day of procedure, we were welcomed by receptionist, clinical team who were on first name basis, that included Dr., Nurses, and anesthesia. Dr Meyer truly listens to individual needs and adapts care to fit that person as best as possible.
I have been been so very pleased with the outcome of my procedures every time I have been there. They are so caring and treat you with the highest respect. The Doctors and the Nurses are the best and so very kind.
The staff was so nice and efficient. Dr. Garvin was excellent and answered all of my questions without rushing. He provided a lot of good education to me and offered options. He is the best!
Everyone, from scheduling to intake to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and my doctor, Dr. O'Connell, are top notch. I had a colonoscopy and it all went well. However, the instructions need some work. The list of what to eat has no punctuation so it's a little difficult to read. Just what are "White rice Tortillas." Only after figuring out that if the word was capitalized it was a new item, did I get it. Also, the prep is sent in liters. The instructions are about gallons.
