It was actually a very easy experience. From the front desk to my nurse Jazz, Dr Clarke, The recovery nurses. I actually had three so I don’t remember all their names but they were all wonderful. I would definitely recommend you to Everyone I know. The only issue I have was having a $395 co-pay. When my insurance told me that it would cost me zero. Thank you for the excellent service
This was my first procedure and every staff member was so amazing and kind. I was already feeling insecure, anxious and embarrassed. I was the youngest person there, lol. But nonetheless, everyone showed kindness and dignity for me. I can’t say I would want to do the prep-process again,lol- the not eating and the drink were awful, but I am just happy that I got it done.
