I had a consultation with Dr. Rholl at the Brevard office. The young lady at the front desk, was warm friendly, cheerful and professional, as was the nurse. I was obviously in some discomfort and they both immediately put me at ease. The doctor, whom I had never met before, was friendly, thorough and professional. This was an appointment and procedure I was DREADING! The prep was absolutely horrendous, however, my experience at the office was great! Check-in was friendly, smooth and efficient. Wait time was not long. I don’t remember my nurses name but she was wonderful!!!! I hate needles/IV’s! She has a true gift, I felt a brief pinch and she was done! Years ago, I had a very bad experience with Asheville Gastro and really avoided returning until my primary doctor wouldn't let me avoid it any longer. The recent experience I had was a completely different story. Once the referral was received, the scheduler politely and professionally guided me through the necessary intake procedures.
