I recently had a screening colonoscopy. While I found the actual experience on the day fine, I thought all the lead up prep and receiving of information was very confusing. They go by three different names to begin with, and you receive information through emails, texts and the portal. It’s a bit overwhelming. I also felt a bit rushed after the procedure. It was clear they wanted to get you out of there and onto the next patient. But overall it was fine.
It was my first appt to meet Dr. Rholl and discuss my treatment. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he could explain the issue and what he would do to help. Thank you
