I received good care and experienced no problems. However, everyone seemed to view me as the next patient rather than as a person and I felt they were in a hurry. The facility was clean, etc., but I felt I needed to check my hip for a brand as I was hustled through the chute! Medically - efficient and knowledgeable; personally - cold.
My 87 yr old mom with Dementia was treated with loving care for her medical needs. They were very gentle and kind, which helped her feel comfortable enough to participate with her care. The staff was very professional and the provider was able to assist the family a plan of care to help meet her needs. Thank you for all you do.
VERY CARING STAFF, WAS GEEETED BY NICE RECEPTIONIST, WAIT TIME IN LOBBY BEFORE PROCEDURE WAS PERFORMED WAS QUICK. MY NURSE PRE OP WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. DR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE ANTHESIA LADY WAS VERY NICE AND COMFORTING. GRATE TEAM
Just had my third procedure with them and as always a very professional office and knowledgeable staff…..All were very caring and even some had a sense of humor too which is always a bonus! Would always recommend them for any procedures you may need ! Thank you!
