I was seen promptly by Dr. Perez and a future procedure was made easy by the scheduling staff. All paperwork was handled efficiently.

Once I finally got in it was not so bad considering where you're at Nice professional staff and my Dr was cool.
I had my appt. time wrong and was late, but they still saw me! The staff, including administrative, is so kind and professional. I saw a new Dr., Jennifer, and I felt that she truly cared about me and my health, as well as being thorough! I trust them and am confident that my digestive health will be the very best it can be! Very good experience with the nurses, doctors, and support staff. In and out in no time.
Very pleased with my appointment! Saw the nurse practitioner and she was very thorough in her questions about my procedure! She went over what was done and the results. She was pleased with the results but assured me if I felt I needed any further treatment to just call!
The entire staff was very nice from the receptionist, pre op nurse, Doctor, Doctors staff, recovery nurse, anesthesiologist and post op provider. Was in and out in under an hour, can't say enough about the whole staff. Would more than highly recommend this office, the one in Hendersonville NC.
Professional and cordial. Appointment on time. Great support from staff and physician.
