I felt good after my visit to Dr. Tong on September 5th. She is personable and took a complete history. I feel confident about my care. All the staff that I interacted with were kind and caring. I am glad I am part of that system.
What a well organized place! Parking was a breeze. From receptionist to nurse intake to scheduling, I encountered only complete friendliness and professionalism. I felt like a guest, not just a patient. In this time of corporate madness and hostility, this was a refreshing experience. Even the MD was attentive and kind. As a semi retired healthcare worker myself, I certainly appreciated the care and attention I received!

We have used these doctors and their colonoscopy & endoscopy procedures 3 times this year, twice for my husband and once for myself, and we have always received excellent care. I highly recommend them. However, I have one small complaint. The front desk has us write our names and sign that my spouse will be my designated driver, then we take that form with other paperwork to the nurse. The waiting room is secure but unattended. Very kind and professional and made you fill like family
Always feel as they have my health problems and what is the best treatment for me. My doctor and the nurses are the best here.
Thank to you all who was apart of my procedure. Everyone was so very nice and polite. I never experience such kindness. Dr. Clark was very attentive to my concerns and answered my questions. If I have to do it all over again. I'll be sure to schedule my appointment at this office.
To me the prep isn't difficult, the folks at the center are professional, knowledgeable and kind. It's amazing how many patients are processed in a day. Dr. Perez has performed several procedures and I'm at ease with his expertise and feel he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff makes me feel important and I never feel rushed. It's a special place.
The DHP team is a pleasure to work with. Friendly, caring and professional. Our appointment at the Asheville office went like clockwork. Thanks for making us feel at ease during what could have been a stressful time.
