I have had a few colonoscopies in a very affluent community in another state. Everyone was very pleasant. The staff at Digestive Health Partners, however, was exceptional. I dealt with the public for many years in a healthcare practice and tend to be very critical of healthcare providers/teams. The biggest compliment I can give is that I would hire any of the people I came in contact with at Digestive Health Partners in a heartbeat.
I had the best experience at AGA .The person who checked me in , the nurse who prepared me for the colonoscopy and the nurse who helped me recover all were so kind and caring and very personable . I have to give a shout out to Dr .May and his anesthesiologist… both were so kind and both had impeccable bedside manners . They both explained and communicated what to expect with kindness and thoroughness . In today’s healthcare industry it is rare to see this kind of care . Thank you to the entire team !!
I was seen at Carolina Mountain Gastroenterology Hendersonville office by Ryan Nelson PA , the staff from making my appointment to checking me in, taking me to my room could not have been more receptive and kind. The discharge was easy and I received all my information and some samples Ryan had given me so I could come for my upcoming procedures with everything explained and written down for me and my prep was at the pharmacy on my way home. I usually wouldn't say that having my colon looked at from the inside was a good experience. Especially considering how they have to gain access to said colon. But if I had to do it again,I hope this place is still in business. Good experience from reception to recovery. Everything with the procedure was as I was told it would be. Zero complaints from a very nervous and apprehensive guy going into it.

Although an uncomfortable procedure I was treated with professionalism and kindness. Staff was great. My first nurse, forget his name, was wonderful. I do remember he’s originally from Philippines. Went in with a healing broken femur and they were very gentle.
I was very pleased with my visit from check-in to recovery. Everyone was very professional and took very good care of me. Dr. Harlan did my colonoscopy and he is awesome! I highly recommend The Endoscopy Center of Asheville!
Was treated extremely well by all staff. Was given sedation for procedure, woke up and procedure completed. Will certainly return for my next appointment in 4 years.
