I’ve had a couple of TeleMed visits with Toby, and a number of follow up calls for a persistent condition. She always put my mind at ease and has been phenomenal. I want to thank Toby for her patience and kindness.
Toby was great! She sat with me, answered all questions and truly showed she cared.
She was clear, efficient , knowledgeable and respectful. She listened to the patient.
Toby went above and beyond to sit with me and show me how to inject my medication. She was calm, patient and listened to all my questions. I would highly recommend Toby to anyone looking for a PA in the field.
