Dr. Kavaler ..... great bedside manner, does not rush through appointments, gives you the time you need, thoughtful in decisions, good judgment, takes the time to explain everything, extremely detailed and thorough which is exactly what you want from your Gastroenterologist. All around excellent doctor and makes you feel at ease with some pretty uncomfortable conversations.
Dr Kavaler is one of the best doctors ever. Amazing bed side manner. Listens and explains every question you have.

Dr. Goldstein made me feel very comfortable during my procedure and was very calm, patient, explained things in advance and during the visit, and was not rushed at all. I would definitely recommend him and the NYGA practice.
Dr. Yang was incredibly professional and diligent. I went in for a virtual visit on a Thursday afternoon to describe my symptoms and she instantly knew that things were serious, which led her to change her schedule a bit and schedule an upper GI endoscopy at 7am the next day. Even when I was late, she examined my esophagus carefully and prescribed the correct treatment. Over secure message she answered all my questions thoughtfully and helped me feel at ease with our treatment plan.
