My visit is always positive and uplifting. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Kristen Drew is knowledgable and excellent care.
The staff were wonderful: friendly, cheerful, reassuring, accommodating. My physician was thorough and reassuring as well. The procedure was so well orchestrated that I was done in an hour and an half from arrival! Overall, an exceptional experience.
From my primary care referral to the scheduling process to the yucky prep and day of surgery all was very professional - the staff was kind, courteous, caring and informative.
Went in for the dreaded colonoscopy. Everything was on time, everyone was nice and I was out and on my way in record time. Very efficient and professional. But for the awful prep drink, it was not a bad experience at all.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Harlen is an excellent provider who made things easy to understand and really listened to my concerns and helped to make a care plan that was in alignment with my lifestyle choices

I went in for a routine procedure, and was very impressed with the kindness and efficiency of all the staff. The nurses who prepped me for the procedure, the anesthetist, and Dr. Garvin all took the time to make sure I was comfortable, had all my questions answered, and everything was correct before proceeding. They really have their act together and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again if necessary.
I was greeted by the staff, checked in and called back very quickly. I saw Karen, the NP, we discussed what was needed and I was excused.
As I’m sure many would say, this experience is such a blessing because of the people in the practice. A live saving procedure - not one that we enjoy- is made to be a pleasant and comfortable experience. I appreciate all the staff from Intake to exit for how they make you feel.
