one of the worst buisness i have ever dealt with denying services to a veteran for the simple fact they dont understand i have noone to sit in the waiting room for me so i can have a procedure they also failed to send anything in the mail about having to have someone come and never mentioned it while on the phone this appointment was made by the VA and its sad how people treat veterans these days i would not recommend this place due the the fact with how they treat a disabled vet
I've been working with them 4 times and nothing has been done.
Every single person I dealt with at the Hendersonville office was kind, professional, caring and thorough, from the receptionists, to PA Davis Marshall, to the bloodwork lab Tech, to the ladies at checkout. Can't say enough good things about the excellent quality of patient care I experienced here. Extremely positive experience!
I have always spoke highly about this practice. I couldn’t tell you how many people I have referred to this group. I have been a patient for over 10 years and have always said Dr. Thomas Bond saved my life. Unfortunately, I cannot speak highly or praise this practice after what I experienced today. It took me an hour and a half waiting on line to get to a scheduler. You all sent me a phone text message with a very long questionnaire - too long for me to fill in on the phone and had no way for me to ask to have this information request sent by e-mail. When I finally got to a scheduler we were able to schedule in about 5 minutes. I suggest you offer a phone message option to have questions sent to e-mail.
I found out I was exposed to Covid. Called 24hrs in advance of my appointment which was as soon as I could and I was told I still owe $250 and accused of lying by the scheduler. I have proof of my direct exposure to someone with Covid for an entire weekend. Please educate staff on Covid precautions and please stop playing games with my healthcare. Thanks!
After almost a year and a half, Ryan Nelson, P.A. finally has finally relieved my acid reflux and terrible issues with massive bowel movements. I am praying that I will continue to stay well and appreciate Ryan Nelson immensely.
Everyone was pleasant and professional. While the prep for the procedure was not fun, the procedure was a breeze and the doctor and nurses were great.
