I am a relatively new patient and was hesitant about using telemedicine due to COVID-19. But everyone was very professional and the doctor spent a generous amount of time speaking with me. I do prefer face to face visits, but this was able to reassure me of my concerns.
Every step of this process was fantastic. 1) the connection in arranging a date/time around COVID concerns was professionally done; 2) the email & text communications & reminders were timely without being over bearing; 3) the arrival and check-in process was easy, safe and well organized; 4) every step of the procedure was efficient yet did not feel rushed; 5) all medical professionals throughout provided great care with a calming demeanor; 6) I would highly recommend Dr. Dukowicz and his team.
From the first person I made contact with, I felt very confident I had made the right choice for my procedure. I was well taken care of and would recommend them to anyone.
When I was finally connected with Karen McGraw, the FNP, it was a very good interview. I’ve done several medical online video appointments, however I felt my earlier instructions in this case did not help me in visually logging on to the site.
Wonderful staff kind and understanding making a less than pleasant experience so much better.
The entire staff from the check-in people to the nurses, anesthesia, the doctor EVERYONE was absolutely amazing! So friendly so helpful so competent so caring! I was very very impressed and I am nursing unit supervisor at the hospital!
You just need to know there is not a kinder, nicer group! At the YMCA we have to sign an agreement to speak to people, in this office busy as it was each person I passed said hello. The doctors, nurses and medical assistants all caring and professional. I was wondering if it was real, and you know, it's soo embarrassing...but they wrap a sheet so only necessary part is seen. As unpleasant as it is to have a colonoscopy, I must say from prep to exam was so much better than 10 years ago! All of the staff, from the young lady at front door who took temperature, Chelsey, Will, Mandy, Candy and Dr. Cender, were all so friendly and professional! They gave me a sense of being at ease and I know I was being taken care of! Thank you for the great customer service!
One hears all the unpleasantries about a colonoscopy, but I was so pleased with the entire experience. The prep wasn’t horrible and the staff was fabulous. They made me feel so at ease. Highly recommend!
