Friendly and proffessional staff. Very organized, staff works well together. Signed in, saw MA and Dr., shortly thereafter. Met a wonderful woman scheduling my test. Out the door and on my way. Very satisfied.
Smiling and friendly folks everywhere. Not common in healthcare these days. Well organized. I was in and out in a snap. Good communication. No complications. And a pleasant experience for a procedure that has many reasons not to be.
The staff was so kind, comforting, and all seemed so happy to be working here. What a pleasant experience.
My experience was extremely positive. The Doctors are caring, competent and professional. The entire staff from check in to nursing and procedure assistants are capable, knowledgeable, and professional.
I cannot say enough about the folks here - the doctors are outstanding and the nurse staff always go above and beyond (Shout out to Sheila Dr Ducawicz nurse)!!

Friendly, informative staff. The patient portal was efficient for passing messages and results (still haven't figured out how to upload a PDF). The SUTAB timed-release tablets were easier for the prep than previous liquid-based methods I have used. The procedure itself was painless (I was out). No after effects. Results came quickly over the portal and were clearly described. Still... I'm not exactly looking forward to the Next procedure in a few years.
I highly recommend. I had two different procedures and two different doctors. But they both knew my history and I felt very comfortable.
Have had 3 colonoscopies here since 2011. Every prior experience was excellent. However, this last one was not due to 2 issues: 1) Trying to get through to a live person - whether for scheduling, intake questionnaire, or for any questions is now impossible. I had to leave messages every time. 2) The prep procedure has now expanded to an unreasonable level - from a number of do-not-eat items starting 4 days before to an all-liquid diet the day before and also taking Miralax 3 days before in addition to the colyte prep! ... read more
