Provider carefully considered all clinical information in a friendly professional manner. Made recommendations according. Highly recommend this practice...IF you are able to literally able to speak with an actual person to make an actual appointment! This is a problem ALL staff I have mentioned this to are aware of. I have already had a colonscopy here with Dr Varner on December 2022. My husband was waiting in the waiting room, he said he couldn't believe how quick it was! So now I'm back for a endoscopy procedure. My only complaint is this office is so busy I'm at least 2 1/2 months out before I can endoscopy done. The good news is I am on a cancelation/ waitlist so possibly can be a lot sooner! 😉 One more thing, if they weren't this busy they would not be this GOOD!

Their facility is very clean and modern, and I felt comfortable and well cared for during my entire procedure. Thank you so much for the excellent service and care!

This was my first colonoscopy and the staff and doctor were all great. The wait times were minimal at each step but I never felt rushed. All staff were friendly and seemed to care. I was given my results report right away and the next day I communicated through the portal that I needed a work note and received it within a couple hours. Excellent experience!
Front office staff friendly and helpful. Seen on time and the doctor listened to my concerns and developed a viable treatment plan.
