The entire team at Carolina Mountain Gastroenterology was professional and kind during my recent visit (from the front desk staff, attending nurse, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Rholl)... This was my first colonoscopy and the staff and doctor were all great. The wait times were minimal at each step but I never felt rushed. All staff were friendly and seemed to care. I was given my results report right away and the next day I communicated through the portal that I needed a work note and received it within a couple hours. Excellent experience!

This was my first to going in for a colonoscopy. I was really nervous and was anxious about feeling exposed. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted immediately. My wait in the lobby was brief and everyone that I interacted with was friendly and reassuring. I felt cared for and modestly covered. Dr May and the staff conscientious, kind and efficient. 15 minutes after I came to I felt well, hydrated and hungry, all great signs of a successful procedure.
This establishment was super busy, however they had their stuff together. It was a smooth transition from seeing doc, scheduling a procedure, to getting blood work. All staff that I encountered were polite, comprehensive, & professional.
Had the dreaded colonoscopy, but the entire staff and doctor made me extremely comfortable. I was thoroughly amazed at how quick and easy the whole visit was.
