I'm new in town and needed a GI specialist and it is always nerve wracking trying to find a good doctor. I found Dr. Tuyama online and she was very well reviewed and had same day availability for an appointment. I'm so glad I found her. She is smart, attentive, and actually listens and spends time with her patients. I had seen a primary care doctor for the same issue the previous week and it was such a bad experience. What a relief to have found a GI who is thorough, holistic, intelligent and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tuyama if you have any digestive issues.

Very tidy and well kept environment. Very polite staff. Very protective of their patients...everyone was wearing a mask...and was wearing it the proper way... there is hand sanitizer everywhere. Everyone (front desk staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, doctor) explained everything to me so at no point I had to wonder what's next...they even asked if I had any question(s). I was offered snacks after I recovered which is very thoughtful, since for prep you are not able to have solid food for 24 hours, and at one point nothing at all. Dr Tuyama came to me after I recovered and explained her findings... Overall, I am very satisfied with the services I received and will definitely recommend/refer...
