First time coming to Dr. Kayaker and he made me feel very comfortable.
I am a new patient of Dr. Kavaler. I was nervous about the procedure but after meeting Dr. Kavaler who explained everything in simple terms and made me feel comfortable I realized that my health is in good hands.
He is a very good doctor who I trust with my care. I have been going to him for 17 years. He explains everything and answers all questions. He makes going to the doctor a pleasurable experience.

Dr. Kavaler has been my gastroenterologist for many years. He has always been a great communicator — never talking down to a patient. He is most compassionate, caring and reassuring. His professional skills are outstanding and I have never had a problem during or after a colonoscopy or endoscopy. He has surrounded himself with a friendly, highly competent support staff.
Dr. Kavaler is both at the top of his field and modest - a very rare combination. He starts by asking, actually listens, then responds, and welcomes questions and push back. One feels cared for and respected. No god complex here. Just first rate medical care!
Dr. Kavaler is an excellent doctor. He speaks in "plain" language so it is easy to understand every step of a procedure. He makes patients feel comfortable, offers options, and makes what is a less-than-fun procedure--a colonoscopy--bearable. I have been going to him for years, and have always felt safe and well taken care of. His experience and demeanor are everything you should expect from your doctor.
