Lovely Doctor who made me feel comfortable, and reassured that I was in capable hands. Professional front office staff and nurses as well.

Dr. Frado is very professional and caring. She listens and makes you feel comfortable at consultation and is very good in following up. She interacts with you in a respectful manner in full detail in what you should expect. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Frado is the best, which is why I travel from CT to see her. Dr. Frado is kind, knowledgeable, has a great personality and takes her time with you, discussing any concerns you may have. She quickly responds to portal messages. She's the best doctor I've ever had and I trust her treatment.
I had a great first appointment with Dr. Frado. She took all the time we needed and it shows that she truly cares about her patients. She is clearly very knowledgeable about her field and I appreciate that she shared interesting, current information while discussing my options for treatment. I am relieved to have found her. I was referred to Dr. Frado by my former gastroenterologist (Her office has steps that I can no longer navigate so needed new doc). Dr Frado had an excellent grasp of my medical history. She listens and responds well to questions, which is key to me. She also provides additional comments and insights to better understand one's condition.
