I was referred to Dr. Frado by a friend. I was anxious but she put me at ease. She is kind and very patient and answered my questions clearly without rushing. The patient portal is a convenient way to communicate with the doctor and she actually responds!

Dr Frado is very knowledgeable, explains condition and treatment, listens to my concerns and answers all my questions.
Since day 1 of my check up to my colonoscopy she is very hands on and keep me informed about my test results. She answers all my questions even in my NYGA portal account. I feel comfortable discussing medical issues with her.
