It was video visit in prep for colonoscopy. Dr Frado was thorough asking questions about my health. Took all info and would check with other of my doctors re my conditions. Received instructions to alter meds and was able to schedule at time convenient. All in all was a very good first meeting
The Doctor was well educated and clear in her explanations. She was a pleasure to talk with.
Dr. Laura Frado is an excellent gastroenterologist. She is very responsive to any questions you may have and most importantly, a good listener! Number 1 quality that should be in every doctor. I wish my other doctors were like her, especially GYN! I highly recommend her and the institution she works at NYGA!!
Wow, Dr. Frado is thoughtful, attentive and very smart. She found and solved an issue another doctor had missed. She is a good listener and made me feel calm and cared for. A nurse named Jasmine works with her and was EXCELLENT! Jasmine went above and beyond to help me understand things, was so patient with me and provident attentive and helpful care. What a team!
Dr. Frado is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She's very responsive, highly knowledgeable, professional, caring, and most importantly, effective. She solved a problem another doctor failed to solve. She goes the extra mile to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
There aren't enough words to explain how amazing Dr. Frado is. She never rushes you and always makes sure your comfortable after your appointment. I always go in with concerns and leave with peace of mind. Truly the best doctor I've seen!
Dr. Frado is an excellent through and caring doctor. For what is usually a somewhat uncomfortable and nerve wracking experience... Dr. Frado's professionalism, medical skill and manner made it as good experience as it can be.
Dr. Frado seems like a wonderful doctor, but her office staff is atrocious. They told me she accepts my insurance, but after the visit, I discovered that she does NOT participate with my plan. I had asked numerous times before the visit; otherwise, I would not have gone there. They argued with me afterward and tried to make it look as though this was a me problem. So aggravating.
Dr. Frado is an excellent doctor. She is kind, thorough and explains things well. I had a procedure at the surgical facility in Manhattan. All of the staff were excellent!
