Went in for a regular colonoscopy. No one enjoys those (especially the prep!) but Dr. Frado and the whole staff make you immediately feel that you are in good, competent hands. Thorough explantations are given, process hues smoothly, and follow-up is immediate.
I couldn't be happier with the care provided by Dr. Frado. She's everything you would want in a doctor. She never makes me feel rushed. She listens attentively. She's very knowledgeable. She explains well. She and her office are quick to respond to requests and questions. She's kind, considerate, and friendly. I feel safe with her and am confident I'm getting the best care possible for my health problems.
I could not recommend Dr. Frado more highly. I have been seeing her for over 5 years now, and she is always so kind, thoughtful, open, and thorough. I feel so well taken care of and listened to. She advocates for me and makes me feel like she truly cares about solving my stomach issues. Dr Frado is the absolute best! She is professional, intelligent, compassionate, takes time to answer your questions, and responds quickly to the patient portal. Her office staff is polite and helpful. Exceptional care from everyone and concern for you as a person.
Dr. Frado listened closely to my concerns and explained the plan for diagnosis and treatment in detail to me. She has a warm and caring manner, and is clearly well-trained and knows GI medicine. I was very happy with my initial appointment and am looking forward to following up with her for my treatment. I gave her my highest recommendation!

It was video visit in prep for colonoscopy. Dr Frado was thorough asking questions about my health. Took all info and would check with other of my doctors re my conditions. Received instructions to alter meds and was able to schedule at time convenient. All in all was a very good first meeting
