excellent job he does. I'm comfortable in his care
He is a terrific doctor and the colonoscopy was very easy. The office was about an hour behind and the doctor was in the next procedure when I came out and I had to leave without getting to speak to him. But he approved my leaving as there was nothing to worry about. He’s great, but the office was very behind that day.
I have been seeing Dr. Aisenberg for several years. He is an excellent doctor. He is patient and compassionate. His office staff are prompt on all follow up which I have found is not always the case in doctors offices these days. I have remained his patient even though I no longer live or work in Manhattan. Only negative is I wish that he was on My Chart like the majority of my doctors.
Dr Aisenberg is a highly competent and proactive specialist with excellent communication skills. He addresses your concerns until you are 100% satisfied. I almost want to have more issues to be able to return to his office. Thank you for everything!
Dr. Aisenberg is a rare find these days. He is extraordinarily bright. He keeps up to date on research in the GI field and brings this knowledge to his patients. In addition, Dr. Aisenberg is one of the most caring people I know.
I needed to check in quickly with Dr. Aisenberg to ask about a possible medication conflict. He could’ve easily messaged me on the portal or delegated the response to someone on his staff but that’s not who he is. He was concerned about my health and made sure to check in. Great. For something as unwanted as a colonoscopy, they make it easy and comfortable. Everyone is very nice. Really good vibe.
Excellent care from Dr. A and the entire staff.
Only 5 minutes wait time. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. Doctor was attentive to patient, addressing him with dignity deserving of a 92 year old man.
