I needed to check in quickly with Dr. Aisenberg to ask about a possible medication conflict. He could’ve easily messaged me on the portal or delegated the response to someone on his staff but that’s not who he is. He was concerned about my health and made sure to check in. Only 5 minutes wait time. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. Doctor was attentive to patient, addressing him with dignity deserving of a 92 year old man.
I’m never left to wait in the waiting room longer than ten minutes. Office is spacious and always spotless. Staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Aisenberg is thorough in taking your history - I never feel rushed. He seeks to get to the root cause of your symptoms, but always opts for the more conservative approach when appropriate. Dr. Aisenberg has a thoughtful, gentle, and kind bedside manner and puts my concerns at ease before the end of the visit. I highly trust and recommend him.

I met Dr Aisenberg for second opinion and it was through his experienced, professional and caring medical advice that my tumor in the digestive system was found and treated at early stage. He was approachable, listened carefully and explained in a clear and easy-to-understand way. He also cared for my husband for his GI issues and we are immensely lucky to have him as our family GI doctor. During each visit or telephone call, his office staff were also very warm and helpful to address the issues or queries we had.
I recently saw Dr Aisenberg for a first visit and I am very impressed with his professional, caring, accommodating, and personal care. He is very knowledgeable and completely explained my options and suggested a plan of treatment.
