As a trauma survivor, dealing with the issues surrounding it can be very difficult. Dr. Jones and his team did an excellent job handling my concerns, with compassion and dignity. Dr. Jones was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable, and he allowed me to be the director of my own care, and what I was comfortable with. Dr Jones was excellent whereas he answered all my questions beforehand and procedure went very well. Would highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable and shares that with his patients. Even took the time to call me with additional information
Talking about bathroom issues was difficult for me. However, Dr Jones was very easy to talk to, understanding of my situation and discomfort. He provided clear explanations and was very helpful. After initial visit and screening determined I needed a colonoscopy. Was scheduled promptly at the Wausau surgery center at GI Assoc. Clinic. Procedure went well. Dr. Jones explained results clearly and answered all my questions. Dr Jones and staff were professional, patient, and helpful.
Dr Jones & his staff did a great job while I was there for both my in office appointment & procedures. I was well informed & well taken care of.

Everyone working with him was very professional and very helpful. Everything went very smoothly, and Dr. Jones does an excellent job explaining everything and making you feel comfortable.
Pleasantly surprised with my procedure with Dr. Jones. I appreciate our discussions both before and after the procedure, because I had been through this process with a different provider twice previously which had left me dreading having to do this a third time. It’s nice to have a doctor and organization that treat you as a person, not another patient to be pushed through a process.
Dr. Jones explained everything in terms we could understand, he is very polite and professional. He made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him, and will continue to see him in the future
