Quick, easy, professional. Was referred to him through the Dr.He was very respectful and talked me through the process of everything at my consultation and again before the procedure. Made me feel safe and welcome, highly recommend Dr. Keaton

He took the time to explain and ask me questions as well as answer my questions. Did not feel rushed.
The most important thing in a doctor patient relationship is that the doctor listen to the patient. Dr. Jones was professional and attentively listening to me as I explained my situation. When things failed to produce results, I talked to his staff and they conveyed messages, resulting in a smooth transfer of information. I will continue to see Dr. Jones if these problems persist. He is professional and shows a genuine concern for this patients.

I found him and his nurses to be very kind and as for him as a doctor, I would most definitely recommend him. I thought he explained things very well. Did his job very open minded, and very honest and very helpful when you would ask questions I would most definitely go back to him again if I had to he is who I would want to see

Obviously a colonoscopy is a very uncomfortable topic and procedure to have done. Dr. Jones was extremely professional and very easy going, he made the whole situation as comfortable as possible. His team the day of the procedure were all very friendly and so understanding. I could not have asked for better treatment than I got the day of my procedure.
