Dr. Harlan and his staff, Brooke, Alex, let’s just say everyone I encountered there, they know who they are (anesthesia brain today!). They were all so kind, gentle & compassionate. They made an uncomfortable procedure not so bad at all. I thank them for all they do & hopefully when I go back in 10 years, they’re still there! Thank you again! Everyone was nice, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during every step of the process. Dr Harlan was great in explaining my former report and my results. I didn't have any issues during the procedure and I feel great the day after. I highly recommend this practice.
I guess t most of the answers I wanted. Tests were ordered and information passed along. Won’t know more until after tests. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I have been a patient at the Hendersonville office for 25 plus years. Have always had the best care by a compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Very nice medical staff and professional as well as the staff in the reception area. You will be thankful for reaching out for medical assistance at this facility, including the Asheville location. The doctors, nurses, and staff were all very nice, efficient, and professional. My visit went smoothly.
The experience was probably as good as it was going to get considering it was a colonoscopy. However whoever works on their IT needs to be fired: setting up an on-line patient portal account was impossible (my PIN expired too soon and I kept being re-assigned the same one even though it was expired) and nobody in the office knew how to fix it.
