Front office staff friendly and helpful. Seen on time and the doctor listened to my concerns and developed a viable treatment plan.
This was my first to going in for a colonoscopy. I was really nervous and was anxious about feeling exposed. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted immediately. My wait in the lobby was brief and everyone that I interacted with was friendly and reassuring. I felt cared for and modestly covered. Dr May and the staff conscientious, kind and efficient. 15 minutes after I came to I felt well, hydrated and hungry, all great signs of a successful procedure.
This establishment was super busy, however they had their stuff together. It was a smooth transition from seeing doc, scheduling a procedure, to getting blood work. All staff that I encountered were polite, comprehensive, & professional.
Had the dreaded colonoscopy, but the entire staff and doctor made me extremely comfortable. I was thoroughly amazed at how quick and easy the whole visit was.
Handled in a timely manner. Nurses were very good and efficient. Dr Dukowitz was excellent. Overall great experience for a procedure no one looks forward to.
No one looks forward to a colonoscopy and the four days of preparation can leave a person hungry, grumpy and sleep deprived. But arriving at DHP for the actual procedure is all positive. From the initial patient screening to the IV attachment to the consultation with the nurse anesthetist to the actual procedure and recovery, every single staff member I encountered was efficient, caring and professional. Dr. Meyer is the most knowledgeable, professional, honest, and concerned doctor that I have ever had. I definitely recommend her to anyone needing her specialty.
I have every confidence in this facility after having two procedures; staff are efficient in all respects and keep the patient well-informed from the time the appointment is set throughout the procedure, and the follow up afterward. I’ve been recommending them when the subject arises.
This is the second procedure that I have had completed at this facility and I have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the process.
