During my experience, I was treated with respect, and treated in a timely manner. Facility was clean, waiting area nice. Met for a short time with the physician, anesthesiologist, and an assigned nurse. Results were explained to my husband and after a short recovery, released. No complaints.
I have been coming here for 5 years. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and takes time to answer my questions. Dr Harlan is excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone asking.
Nice, clean facility in a convenient location. Warm, welcoming, & professional staff. Dr. Harlan was caring, thorough, helpful & reasonable in his approach to my health. I would recommend him, as well as this practice, to anyone in need of GI related care.
Regrettably, I’ve been in/out of this office 4+ times this year BUT very friendly, thorough and thoughtful in thier approach to patients. It can seem a bit like a machine but but the efficiency is great. Plus everyone is very friendly. I’ve never felt rushed. All questions and concerns addressed.
I was very pleased with my experience at AGA. From the initial contact by them to set up my appointment through to checkout after my procedure, I found the communication, professional work ethic and pleasant attitude of the staff to be top notch. I would highly recommend this enterprise.
From the time I arrived for my colonoscopy the staff couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. The prep Dr. Clarke’s office ordered for me was the best I’ve had after 7 colonoscopies over several years. Dr. Clarke, the Anesthesiologist, and the nurses couldn’t have been kinder. I would highly recommend this professional group.
A truly professional and caring organization. I recently had an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly and courteous. A special shout out to Jordan who helped me prepare for the procedure. And the team of doctors and anethisist were outstanding.
This was my first visit to DHP where I was not having a colonoscopy. My practitioner was Kristin Drew. Kristin took her time to answer questions, giving thorough explanations of possible reasons for my symptoms and options for a plan of care. If she didn’t know something, she asked one of her colleagues and got back to me the same day on my portal. I left feeling satisfied with the attention I received and confident that steps are being taken to help remedy my symptoms.
This was a great experience for me. The Dr. was so kind as well as the whole staff. The facility was clean and tidy. Would highly recommended !!!
