Dr. Naymagon demonstrated warmth and empathy alongside knowledge and experience. He asked questions, never made me feel rushed, and provided thoughtful responses. He didn't pretend to know everything (no doctor does) and was honest about my options. He even followed up with me via phone later that day. And he went out of his way to find me additional answers, following our in-person visit. I've had Crohn's most of my life and have experienced all kinds of doctors, good and bad. I’ve been seeing Dr. Naymagon for several years. He has me on a biologic drug for my Crohn’s disease. Dr. Naymagon takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides a clear explanation for any questions I have. The office staff is friendly and efficient too.
