Dr. Naymagon and his staff were all so amazing during my visit they made me feel very comfortable from the moment I checked in. Dr. Naymagon answered all of my questions and has the best bed side manner.
Office staff are first-rate, cordial and professional. A few weeks later I had a colonoscopy at an upper east side (NYC) gastroenterology surgical center. The administrative and medical staff were efficient and professional. My visit was timely. Everything took place on time and I realize there is always some opportunity for delays. Dr nyamagon went above and beyond with the care provided. He was reassuring about all aspects of care i would receive and everything needed moving forward. He explained everything and took the fear out procedures.
Dr. Naymagon made me feel very comfortable during the visit and showed a lot of compassion and understanding. He explained all the options carefully and answered all of my questions patiently. One of the best doctors I have been to.
Dr. Naymagon was very pleasant and so accommodating he has excellent bedside manner and truly listened. His staff was so professional and really helped me to get in as soon as possible. I can’t say enough about how easy it was to get in touch with them and to utilize the online services as well.
I had seen Dr. Naymagon approximately a year ago; this was a second visit and I think he is an excellent doctor. I have had IBS for many years and Dr. Naymagon was very thorough, knowledgeable, reassuring, kind and thoughtful.
