After having a horrible experience with a different doctor via ER, seeing Dr. Hartke was a breath of fresh air! His staff and facility are amazing, thorough and gave me full confidence in my treatment plan. He spoke to me and not at me, and explained things so I understood not only my issues but my options fully, the staff made me extremely comfortable and I have answers and feel confident that my needs are met.
