My meeting with Dr. Legnani was excellent. He took as much time as necessary to explain the MRI results and the next steps to be taken. I never felt we were rushed and I felt that I had his complete attention. Wonderful
We hit GOLD when we found Dr. Legnani. He is brilliant, compassionate and kind. Dr. Legnani listens to every word, asks the most insightful questions, always returns a phonecall and is our very accomplished advocate in this struggle to find a way to live with (or overcome) this disease.
I am a physician and my son has been using Dr Legnani for years. He is knowledgeable, ethical, nice, there when you need him. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Legnani is a compassionate physician who listens to every word when you speak to him and addresses your concerns. I've had UC for 25 years and I trust him with my care. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands IBD. Would highly recommend him and his staff is excellent also.
He is a compassionate, knowledgable doctor who is willing to go out of his way to assure patients recieve top notch care and accurate diagnoses.
I have IBD (ulcerative colitis), and Dr. Legnani has helped me get into a lasting remission after several years of severe flares. He really knows all the different treatment options for IBD, how they interact with each other, how to minimize side effects, etc. I have a hard time being open with doctors, and he is very patient and doesn't rush me or judge me. I had seen other GIs before, but I feel like I understand and participate more in my treatment plan now, which has made it more effective.
Inefficient operations structure in the front of the house. Staff can sometimes be unfriendly, but not too bad compared to many. Legnani is very competent, friendly, understanding. Recommend, but they should streamline reservations, arrivals, paperwork. It would also be nice to have some direct contact information for the doctor - currently very difficult.
If I could leave a zero star I would. Visit went ok- set up by my normal GI so I could get a special kind of colonoscopy. Legnani said he would call my doc and then me to schedule. He never called my doc. I called the office several times over the next month, and they kept saying that they would tell him. I emailed. My doc called and emailed.
