Zippy pre-screening desk, refreshingly clean, elegantly designed with soothing color story and well spaced outer lobby/waiting area, simply efficient patient-cashier cubicles. Waiting time was minimal and quietly pleasant nurse called and ushered me to an individual, curtained prep area and began my check-in assessment. Amazing bedside manner, listens and doesn't rush, puts you @ ease, doesn't push pills if you prefer to discuss diet and alternative forms of medicine. Sent all my family and friends over.
Dr. Bamji is top notch. He's the kind of doctor that remembers the professions of your parents and when I say my symptoms are fine he says "we're not aiming for fine we're aiming for perfect!" Not only is he incredible but his office is too. They call back in minutes and are always on the ball. Can't recommend them enough.
I had an excellent experience. I immediately felt comfortable, welcome, and at home. Dr. Bamji is very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. I felt confident in his advice and feel secure under his care. Highly recommended to anyone needing a gastro in NYC. Office staff is also very friendly and welcoming, and wait time was very low for a busy city practice. Can't say enough good things.
