Enlightening & InformativeAfter 20 years of GI problems, I finally decided to leave the clinic that's treated me for 40 years. Dr Hartke was very polite, thorough and told my husband & myself, that he will not 'give up on helping me & will not stop until we have a diagnosis .' A very easy doctor to talk to who does not make you feel stupid, or that 'you'll just have to live with passing blood' as I was previously told. I am so thankful I switched providers & I now have hope.
The entire staff at GI Associates and Dr. Hartke and were highly skillful, professional, and caring. I had great instructions heading into the procedure and was put at ease from the moment I arrived. I would recommend this facility without reservation.

I know I was in good hands the minute I was called from the waiting room. Everybody went above and way beyond their duty. The prep nurses were very professional and when difficulty arose starting my IV, Jean reached out to another nurse and got it started. The procedure team and Lisa were also very professional and went above to make me as comfortable as possible. Justin is an excellent doctor. Has great bedside manner. Listens intently to patient concerns. Everyone at G.I. Associates is great. They are all so friendly. I am so glad that I go there.
Dr. Hartke is a friendly, knowledgeable, professional provider. He explains things well and cares about your well being. The nurses, anesthetists and office staff provide great service as well!
Extremely competent doctor with an extremely competent team. Very good communication, culture, and general workflow. Would definitely recommend!
