Dr Erber and his entire staff was warm and friendly. My care was coordinated with efficiency and accuracy. All tests results were reported to me timely and explained in a manner that I could easily understand. I feel confident that I am in good hands with Dr Erber and his staff.
Trust in this physician and his practice serving the community for over forty years. We have trusted our health to these doctors for many years as have our family and friends. Friendly and capable staff. Always available either in the office or by phone within minutes.
Great bedside manner, explains and answers questions thoroughly. Explains his thoughts and what/why he is taking the approach he finds best for your conditions/symptoms.
This doctor prescribed me ciprofloxacin and Metronidazole. He never told me the risk and i sincerely believe that those pills cause me to have tremors in my body since i had a diverticulitis attack years ago. I wish god had never led me to him and any doctor that doesnt make his patients award of the side effects is wrong for that. What a big mistake i made.
If you want subpar patient care with poor bedside manner then go to this dr. If that’s not what you’re looking for find a different dr. This dr was unbelievably rude and when I simply asked a question regarding medication he was prescribing he went off. I must have bruised his ego. Regardless, worst dr I’ve ever interacted with.
The office staff is near incompetent and there is almost no communication between the doctor & his staff leaving both parties to be ill-informed. He will spend the least amount of time with you as possible, even giving results, which is ridiculous considering that you still have to pay a full co-pay. He misdiagnosed me, but told me to come back if I start feeling sick again, as if he didn't believe me. He ordered doubles of tests, which required me to spend more money out of pocket.
Does not return emergency calls in a timely manner.
