I've been going to Dr. Leong for the past 5 years for liver-related issues. She's incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and personable. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Leong does not keep her appointments. We had our appointment cancelled and rescheduled three times in one day and the day of the appointment (that was a reschedule), the appointment was cancelled just as we were arriving to doctor's office. No consideration for the patient who had to miss school and the parent who missed work, not once but twice in a two week period. Doctor's ask you as the patient to give them 24 hours notice of cancellation, but wait until you are sitting in the lobby to cancel the appointment. Having ... read more

I am flabbergasted how MEAN the ladies on the phone were, I have actually never ever experienced this before. I called to schedule an appointment 3 times and was hung up every single time. The other 4 times I called, the ladies kept transferring me without saying a word to me and as soon as I finally got a chance to speak and I nicely and patiently explained that I keep getting transferred without even being told so, she actually told me: "then why do you keep calling, just request an online appointment and someone will call... read more
