Cant reccommend Dr. Desai enough. Competent, gentle, patient, excellent bedside manners. Wonderful experience, if I can say so, given the circumstances.
Dr. Desai exudes a genuine kindness that reassures and confers a sense of well-being. I was anxious about the medical issues which necessitated the endo-colonoscopy he performed. Dr. Desai was straightforward about possible outcomes without alarming me. His thoroughness was evident in the number of samples he sent to the lab. Dr. Desai spoke with me afterward, indicating that he'd already consulted with my internist to discuss findings. I suffered no ill effects following the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Desai 100%.
He was very responsive, helped me understand all my options, and was very involved in my care.
Dr desai is professional, thorough and knowledgeable . He takes time to get to know the patient. He listens well and explains everything. His office is east to deal with and easy to schedule .I highly recommend him.
Dr Desai has a great bedside manner. He made me feel very comfortable and explains everything in detail. He performed both an endoscopy and colonoscopy on me. The staff at the Endo Center were all very pleasant and kind I would recommend him and his team without hesitation.
Dr Desai is first rate personally and professionally. Extremely thorough clinician, expert, proactive, reassuring, patient and kind. Took real time to listen and explain, and actively followed up! Went the extra mile in his patient care!
Dr. Desai is very pleasant and sympathetic. While not alarmist, he is thorough and methodical in his approach to GI issues. I have had both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy with him and both procedures went very smoothly and painlessly. When I woke up from the anesthesia, Dr. Desai was there as a smiling, calm presence.
I went to Dr Desai with various complaints. He gave me a thorough examination and then recommended an endoscopy/colonoscopy. Upon completion of the procedures he came to explain what he had found and to answer any questions I might have. His office followed up in a few days to make sure I had no issues post procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Desai.
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Waiting time was minimal.
