Friendly staff and doctor. They just need an ear clip for oxygen saturation.
Dr. Hartke lit up the room when he entered, he has an awesome bedside manner. He explained everything in an easy to understand and thorough way, was kind & courteous and made me feel at ease. The entire GI Associates staff acted similarly, incredibly friendly and down-to-earth.
Dr Hartke is the most competent, caring and personable physician I have ever had. I’ve had to deal with many Drs during my lifetime. Most were competent but I’ve never had one as sincere as he is.
Dr. Hartke is very personable and caring. He listens to and respects your concerns and will work to find the best treatment plan for you individually.
Quick in-n-out colonoscopy procedure. The doctor was professional. I also give the Anesthesiologist 5+ Stars. Out in 5 seconds, awoke quickly and feeling 100% right away. No grogginess or issues. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
From the telehealth visit to the prep, to the procedure everything went smoothly. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their concern for my well-being. Beautiful new facility in Stevens Point, the appt was on time, they actually even called me the morning of and asked if I wanted to move up the appt 30 mins due to unexpectedly being ahead of schedule. Dr Godsey was easy to talk to and attentive.
