Doctor Goldstein is a phenomenal doctor. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. I was scheduled to have an endoscopy at Mount Sinai Hospital. Originally it was supposed to be at ambulatory settings where he does all of his endoscopies but due to insurance reasons he did me a favor and offered to do the procedure at the hospital on his day off. I was very pleased with my experience at East River Gastroenterology. Each and every one of the staff members is courteous and professional. Dr. Goldstein is one the most kind, compassionate doctors I have ever come in contact with. He is highly knowledgeable and very patient in listening to your concerns. He always goes above and beyond and works tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. I feel like he is genuinely concerned about my well being. I will forever be grateful for God for directing me t

I always refer Dr. Goldstein. He takes the time to listen, doesn't rush through your appointment. He really cares.
Dr. Goldstein is certainly very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining background information, however no hint on how to proceed, no light at the end of the tunnel.
Dr. Goldstein is a wonderful, caring, gentle doctor. Unfortunately, his practice gets 2 stars because there is absolutely zero follow up. I had a procedure done 3 weeks ago and I have been calling his office 2-3 times a week and I have not yet spoken to the doctor about my results. I had asked specifically to not be called Friday night 4 times and each week the only time I get a call back is on Friday night. #superfrustrated
