The doctor I saw was very informative and the staff members who helped me were great. Overall, a very good experience. If there was any downside, it was that it was over half an hour before I got in to see the doctor. I had to be there at noon for a 12:30 appointment.
I had my first colonoscopy done at DHP and the doctor and staff are efficient and go above and beyond in making sure you are comfortable and at ease. One nurse even gave me a warmed blanket. It was very much appreciated.
The care I received for colonoscopy was wonderful. All of the staff were kind and attentive, from check in to check out. I would highly recommend. So pleased and grateful that this type of professionalism still exists in our healthcare system.
Very nice doctors and staff. They explained everything in detail through the whole process.
To get scheduled for the appointment is a little difficult as they do not answer their phones but once scheduled, they text daily a few days before your appointment to walk you through the prepping and on day of appointment, we got in and through under a couple hours which was nice. It was a morning appointment we had which probably helped with how quickly we got through the procedure.
The staff are so great. When I was there a very interesting person came to request something odd. The receptionist was patient and kind when asked a very strange, detailed request. The person/patient left seemingly very satisfied. Everyone, especially my physician, has always been such wonderful and supportive people.
The staff and doctors are amazing. They did everything they could to make sure my son got his appointment and procedure done ASAP. Highly recommend this practice. Staff was so nice and accommodating.
I was seen promptly and Dr Whitlock spent as much time as I needed to understand my diagnosis and steps going forward.
