Very professional, compassionate, and attentive staff.
I had Dr Harlan and Jess as my anesthesiologist . I could not have asked for two better people! I felt absolutely heard when I told them both that I'm sensitive to anesthesia and I explained what has happened in the past. The two of them consulted and just came back to me and gave me wonderful options where I could have just a little anesthesia to start the procedure and be awake for the rest. I was very pleased with the care I received at DHP Asheville when I had a colonoscopy. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly, and felt as though I was in good and capable hands the whole time.
All staff that assisted me were very kind and professional during my colonoscopy procedure. I’ve had some issues and Dr Rackoff took some biopsies and hopefully can get to the bottom of my problem.
The staff and Dr Shrode were awesome!
The entire staff was efficient, pleasant and organized. Dr. Baldelli was knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer questions. He did not rush the visit.
