Every one here was so nice. Check in was quick and easy. The wait time was not long. The nurse was efficient and helpful. The time to go in to have my colonoscopy was quick. My doctor told me what to expect for my procedure. After my procedure and I was taken to recovery, everyone checked on me before my release. The doctor came in and went over my results. It was a pleasant experience.
My experience at digestive health was great. My doctor and nurses were very professional and took very good care of me while I was their, unfortunately they had to quit the procedure and I will have to go back but I know when I do I will be taken care of.
Everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional. The doctor came in to meet with me before hand and after the procedure was completed. They have a very efficient system that works very well. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable surroundings and excellent professional service. Unlike at the South Asheville facility I didn't feel like I was being pushed through a revolving door and herded through a very stressful process. I will recommend the Hendersonville facility to anyone wishing for a positive intestinal health procedure.
On my recent visit, Dr. Norman Clark listened to my questions and walked me through a review of my lab, imaging, and diagnostic procedures. He allowed me to participate in the decision to obtain more liver tissue for examination. Dr. Clark gave me support to set the pace, he offered alternatives, and made his recommendation for securing additional diagnostics. I always feel like a person first at CMG. The collaboration, together with Sarah Langan, NP, makes a precise and compassionate team.
My overall experience for colonoscopy screening procedure I had was excellent. My doctor, anesthesiologist, and the nurses did a great job explaining the importance of the procedure. The only downside is the tablet for Video Relay Interpretation (VRI) for American Sign Language (ASL) is that it was disconnected, fortunately only once.. I would recommend they attached the tablet on a stand with rollers that way the staff and the patients does not have to worry about holding it while moving from waiting area to the procedur... read more
Hello, I had a colonoscopy the other day, July 16, 2024. I want to thank Lydia, Randy, and Dr. Cender for their excellent work. Everyone was efficient and professional and did it with such niceness. They explained exactly what they were doing and made me feel calm. Afterwards, they came to see me and made sure I was OK and gave me the evaluation of the procedure in writing.
