Very cordial and courteous, every one explained as they worked what they were doing
I am new to the area and needed to schedule a routine colonoscopy. It did take a few months to get scheduled but I understood the situation and it worked out just fine. Everyone was very professional and kind. The entire procedure went as well as could be expected. I would have no reservations in recommending the facility and Dr. Rybnicek. Thank you DHP for getting me transferred into the practice and setup!
Like always everyone is always so pleasant and friendly. The portal was new to me, but very easy to navigate through. I found out my doctor had retired however, my new doctor, Dr. O'Connell is AWESOME!!! as well as his team. I was in good hands with such a great group of caring people. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was my first colonoscopy. From the first phone call setting up the appointment to everything in between, this was the best experience I could ask for from a business establishment based on serving the health needs of the public. Friendly, professional staff all around! Will highly recommend for all your GI needs:)
I had my first colonoscopy done here on 12/22/23. I had no issue setting it up and was able to communicate easily through the patient portal if I had any questions. The staff was nice and very considerate. The doctor was very nice and explained everything clearly. I would recommend this facility.

Staff were responsive and the wait time was minimal once there. I felt a good rapport with Dr. William Harlan, who seemed very competent and caring.
Overall a good experience. The care providers I met along the way were friendly, attentive and helpful. Things ran smoothly and I was mostly comfortable throughout the procedure. The only criticism I have is the way they take patient calls. It’s impossible to reach a live person and contact is dependent on getting a call back. The system is also frustrating because considerable time is spent making your way through the maze of options.
