Wonderful staff ! Receptionists wonderful on the phone and at desk , lab as well. Carol was wonderful , so kind. Dr. Meyers was kind , took his time explaining everything to me. They have great communication and follow up.
People at Hendersonville location were very kind. The location is difficult to contact via phone, but other than that, they are very professional and efficient.
I had been having problems swallowing for quite a while and my primary care doctor referred me to Digestive Health Partners. From my initial consultation through my endoscopy everyone was friendly and professional. They took what was a scary situation for me and turned it into a welcome relief. Although I hope never to need them in the future, if I do they will be the first place I go to.
Recent colonoscopy there. All the nurses were great as well as Dr. Clark who did the procedure. The nurses were empathetic and caring. The nurse anesthesiologist was also. The procedure was quick and explained in detail. I got the results that same day Highly recommend this place!
This colonoscopy. was the complete opposite of the awful experience I had 10 years ago at a different provider. Everything about it was easy. Prep: surprisingly easy. Paperwork: minimal. Wait time: short. Blankets: warm. IV insertion: easy. Nurses: friendly, comforting, efficient. Doctor: a little gruff but gave enough explanation of procedure and results without me having to ask. As a "newbie" to the colonoscopy experience, I felt a little apprehensive, but everyone I had contact with, from the lady at the reception desk, to the caregivers on every level, my Dr, my anesthetist and assistants were professional, informative and supportive. I felt that everyone on the team worked together to make the situation as good as it could be for a patient facing the unknown. My tension was diminished as I felt cared for and not so vulnerable. Every member of the staff are kind, courteous, and happy! The doc took the time to really listen. He asked probing questions. I feel very valued.
Overall there has been a marked improvement: the facility's refresh is looking great, responsiveness is much better and everyone's attitude was great
