This is my first time dealing with this group. They were Very impressed with the caring and helpful attitudes of everyone that I spoke to. I was impressed that I talked to most of the people on my team that are giving me a colonoscopy.Even the PA. Every one was very knowledgeable about the whole procedure to be done. I was a bit apprehensive about my procedure but was made to feel comfortable. When I shared with my nurse that I was fearful about the needle, he asked how he could help. He was very friendly, understanding, and his skill was good. No pain! My nurse anesthetist was excellent and answered my questions and listened to my concerns. The doctor was the same. The entire staff was so friendly and caring. Dr Wood and his team were very professional and efficient -- without making the experience feel hurried. They explained every step of the process well and, afterward, thoroughly went through the results. One of the best medical practices I've experienced!!
Dr Clark and staff are wonderful. Dr Clark actually takes the time to explain tests and conditions to you and answers questions. They are a truly caring office.

I am a relatively new patient and was hesitant about using telemedicine due to COVID-19. But everyone was very professional and the doctor spent a generous amount of time speaking with me. I do prefer face to face visits, but this was able to reassure me of my concerns.
Every step of this process was fantastic. 1) the connection in arranging a date/time around COVID concerns was professionally done; 2) the email & text communications & reminders were timely without being over bearing; 3) the arrival and check-in process was easy, safe and well organized; 4) every step of the procedure was efficient yet did not feel rushed; 5) all medical professionals throughout provided great care with a calming demeanor; 6) I would highly recommend Dr. Dukowicz and his team.
