Everyone went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Everyone was so professional and so friendly and nice. Thank you all so much.
Staff were responsive and the wait time was minimal once there. I felt a good rapport with Dr. William Harlan, who seemed very competent and caring.
Overall a good experience. The care providers I met along the way were friendly, attentive and helpful. Things ran smoothly and I was mostly comfortable throughout the procedure. The only criticism I have is the way they take patient calls. It’s impossible to reach a live person and contact is dependent on getting a call back. The system is also frustrating because considerable time is spent making your way through the maze of options. They make getting a colonoscopy a nice experience !
Colonoscopy examine w/ Dr. Varner. The Dr. along with his team provided an excellent experience. From the admissions to recovery I was treated with courtesy, respect and with a personal and caring professional experience.
I just had and appointment on Dec 21st and the Doctor was so kind and took her time to explain to me how what and the why of my issue and what’s to come, I felt things will be ok .Thanks
The staff is friendly and compassionate. The business operation is very efficient and they keep things moving, but you don't feel rushed or pushed and don't have to wait very long. I recommend this clinic.
This was my 3rd procedure with this office. They are very professional, courteous & everything moved smoothly & in a timely manner. The entire staff are awesome from beginning to end. The admitting personnel were positive, courteous and professional . The Medical Assistant and FNP Sara were also helpful and professional taking time to discuss my concerns.
