We have been seeing Dr Jaffin for almost a year as he has been helping our son battle a chronic case of gastroparesis. He is always available to answer our questions and actively pursuing any and all available options on a conservative basis.
I have been a patient of Dr Jaffin for a number of year. He is understanding of concerns and provides needed treatment and explanation as necessary.
I was told I had an endoscopy. LOL. It can't get any easier or nicer than this experience.I was awakened to a snack and told Im done. WELL that's awesome. All I remember is being received, everyone was very nice, I was given a changing room then met with the enesttiguologist. Dr Jaffin came in before the proceedure, with his mild manor asked how I was doing, if I had questions. than at the end he came in to reoprt the result. Time just flew. I would not go anywhere else. Great Doctor.
After seeing a number of gastroenterologists searching for answers I left his office confident that he could help me. Office staff was pleasant and helpful.
What I most appreciate about Dr. Jaffin is that he first meets with me in his office to discuss my concerns. I have never once felt rushed by him as I do with many other doctors that practice 15 minute medicine. He will examine you and then ask you back into his office for further consultation. Dr. Jaffin takes the time to explain his next course of action and asks if I have any questions whatsoever? I love my Dr. Jaffin !!!!
Dr Jaffin was very professional, thorough, and made an unpleasant exam as tolerable as possible. I appreciated that he made sure to explain everything carefully and gave me frank opinions.
