I’ve had three separate visits to the center in the past 15 years. I’ve always been greeted kindly and professionally by the receptionist. The nurse who does the intake history is very courteous and thorough. The entire staff treats patients very well and I’ve been very impressed with the anesthesiology service provided by Dr. Jill Kavaler. The endoscopy center is maintained very nicely and is kept immaculately clean.
Had no idea what to expect coming in for my procedure, but the staff from front desk through to discharge were all so kind and professional! The mood in the center is upbeat and my anesthesiologist especially put me at ease when I started getting a little nervous. Hopefully will not need another service there but I know I'm in good hands if I do.
I was incredibly impressed with how well-run this facility was. I'm honestly not sure I've ever seen a health facility run so well. I arrived an hour before my appointment, as instructed, and my procedure started 20 mins early because they were running ahead of schedule . Everything from check-in, to intake, to prep was done promptly, professionally, and competently, with good bedside manner.
I had an appt with Dr.Adler and everything went smooth. I was notified when my preparation meds where available to be picked up and was given instructions that were easy to understand. Everyone in the office from the check in process to the nurses , and the anesthesiologist were polite and professional. Dr. Adler was wonderful explained everything and spoke with me after the procedure also. I also got a follow up call to make sure I was doing well. I would recommend this office 100%
A colonoscopy is never a fun experience. But somehow they managed to make it less unpleasant. From consultation in Dr. A's office to prep with a less gag-inducing medications to post-procedure at the Center, everyone/thing was professional, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first experience with the group and I definitely give them a most positive review..
