Dr. Yang exceeded my expectations. She lived up to her glowing reviews and then some. She was extremely professional and thorough and explained the procedures and options to me. The procedure itself went as well as could be expected. The reason for the three stars is billing practices that have nothing to do with Dr. Yang. I was billed what I expected to be billed for Dr. Yang's services, and for facility charges. What I did not expect was the $1200 bill for anesthesia, $262.20 of which was covered by my insurance. I was afraid to get an endoscopy to check my throat since I have hyperthyroid, and Dr. Herber, and the whole entire staff have been nothing short of Amazing! They introduced themselves, and gave me a warm welcome, which made me feel they were trustworthy, safe, and comfortable enough to allow them to complete the procedures. The procedure seemed fast. I didn’t feel irritable afterwards. And since the first procedure went great. I went in for a colonoscopy too! Very communicative, very helpful…what else can I say? 10 out of 1... read more

Very well organized prior to and during procedure. Excellent bedside manner from all involved. Only thing preventing a five is that the day before the procedure when I asked what time my wife should arrive to escort me home (this is their requirement even though we took subway home and didn’t drive), they told me 60 to 90 minutes after appointment time, which was far longer than needed. The staff at this office, from the front desk to the medical team, have been consistently friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sai and the Anesthesia Doctor were particularly impressive, providing excellent care and making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I would give this office a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

Came from Florida to have Dr Bamjii do my colonoscopy , 4the time in 12 years. Whole protocol is strict, clean facility, runs like clockwork. Dr bamjii is a five star rear admiral. Great procedures, Dr comes with report with color photos of your colon and goes over procedure before you leave!
