First time I met a nutritionist who understood my issues and came up with real solutions to my problems. And didn’t hand me a government issued pamphlet on the food groups. I really think I’m on the right track with Tamara.
Tamara asks the right questions and guides me through the rough times with my nutrition struggles. She seems to always have the perfect new product to suggest to add to the mix and is always fine tuning the experience. She is never married to one solution and you can always be free to be honest about your opinion of the outcome. Nothing is dictated to you. She works with you. I highly recommend her.
