Tamara is warm and down to earth and completely at home discussing intestinal issues. It is a great relief to not feel rude when I need to use precise language to describe my problems. At my last appointment she gave me an assignment and asked me to report back at an appointed time, giving me the sense that she is engaged and intends to help me find relief. Tamara is also very informative, helping me understand what’s going on in my body. She has a beautiful smile.
I have worked with Tamara on several issues over the past four years. Celiac disease and prediabetes. Compared to the first person I saw, she is far away more advanced in her training, her knowledge, and her ability to help you with your diet and to answer your questions.
