This was my best New York medical experience ever. Starting with a friendly and efficient front office staff, I was checked in and brought into the prep room with no waiting. Everyone I dealt with introduced themselves and called me by my name. Of course, Dr. Naymagon was excellent. Even he took the time to chat and put me at ease. I highly recommend this office to everyone.
Dr. Naymagon was courteous and professional. He carefully explained the procedure and answered all my questions. When the procedure was done he promptly told me his findings and again answered all of my questions.
